Privacy and security policy
When you make a purchase with Art Express S.A. or register on our web site: www.art-express.com, all personal information is kept absolutely private, secure and confidential. Our company will not rent, sell, or share personal information about our customers with other people or nonaffiliated companies.
The information provided by our clients is protected with the most sophisticated tools:
- Customers can only access the information from their account by using a private password.
- Your private information is kept in an encrypted database. Only the competent authorities can access it, but only for business purposes (execution of your order).
- Our system is protected by firewall security and other software to prevent any access by an unauthorized third party.
- As an additional way to protect your credit card the verification code is never saved in our system.
Returns policy
Our commitment is to give you a product that will meet your expectations. In the case of our paintings, these will be sent in fabric, and will not be mounted on any frame.
Return a product that did not correspond to what was purchased:
- Customers must send an email (info@art-express.com) within the five-day window after the delivery date of the product, and explain that they are not satisfied with the product since it was not what they purchased.
- Once we accept your request, you may send the product back with no cost. If Art Express S.A. does not have the product that the client selected or a similar piece that him/her may like (with the same or a lower value), Art Express will proceed with the refund of the purchase.
Return of a product that is considered damaged or in bad state by the moment it is received:
- Customers must send an email (info@art-express.com) within the five-day window after the delivery date of the product, and explain that they are not satisfied with the product since it was damaged
- Art Express S.A will check the request submitted by the client and will notify him/her in a term no longer than 5 days the resolution of it.
- If Art Express accepts the return, the customer will have to send the product through the same way he/she received it in its original package. Once we received the painting, Art Express S.A. will proceed with the refund of the money paid by the client of such product.
Return of a product due to other reasons:
- If the customer receives a product and believes that it is not pleasant, him/her has five days after the delivery date to send an email to (info@art-express.com) and indicate that him/her is not satisfied with the product received.
- Once Art Express S.A. confirmed your request, the customer must send back the product and take on the shipping cost, so he/she can select another product. If Art Express S.A. doesn’t have a similar piece that is gratifying to the client (with the same or a lower value), Art Express will proceed with the refund of the money used in the purchase.
